Machined Ring Double Row Needle Roller Bearings without Inner Ring RNA6900


XSP solid ring needle roller bearings have a compact structure, small radial size, and large load capacity. They are suitable for components with limited radial outline size.The assembled G2 needle rollers have a diameter variation of less than 2µm. Except for the full-filled needle roller bearings, high rigidity cages are used to accurately guide the needle roller parallel axis.


Needle roller bearings without inner ring RNA, NK type

Needle roller bearings without inner ring are suitable for components with limited radial dimensions. Since there is no inner ring, the surface of the journal that cooperates with them is a direct rolling surface. It is required that the surface hardness is not lower than HRC60, and the surface roughness Ra value is not greater than 0.63µm. This type of bearing does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or the housing, and the limiting speed is higher.


Needle roller bearings with inner ring NA, NKI type

Since this type of bearing has no ribs, the inner ring, outer ring, full set of needle rollers and cages can be installed separately, without limiting the axial displacement of the shaft or housing. Because the needle rollers are separated by a cage, friction is reduced, so it can be used in parts with higher speeds.
