XSP solid ring needle roller bearings have compact structure, small radial size and large load capacity. They are suitable for components with limited radial contour size. They are also widely used when the shaft or housing has oscillating motion. Needle roller bearings generally can only bear radial loads and cannot bear axial loads. When there is an axial load, it should be used in combination with other bearings. It does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing. The limit speed of needle roller bearings is low. When the main engine speed is high, needle roller bearings with cages should be used as much as possible. Compared with other types of rolling bearings, when the radial dimensions are the same, needle roller bearings have a larger load capacity and higher rigidity, but the friction torque is also larger. This type of bearing has many structures and size series, and requires that the rolling surface hardness, processing accuracy and surface roughness of the journal or shell should be the same as the bearing ring. The assembled G2 grade needle rollers have a grouped batch diameter variation within 2µm. Except for the full complement needle roller bearings, they all use high-rigidity cages to correctly guide the parallel axis of the needle rollers.
